I had photographed Nolan for his newborn session, and I was just thrilled to be photographing yet another milestone in this family for Nolan’s first birthday. The couple desired an outdoor session at sunset, so I crafted a dreamlike atmosphere. As Nolan had not started to walk yet, I introduced a rocking chair and box for the photoshoot’s variety of styles. Additionally, as always, I arrived early and collected wildflowers that were arranged into small bouquets – adding even more detail to this magical session. In my opinion it is all these details that allow us to create truly exceptional moments!
